Basic Motion
Basic Motion covers the numbered technique sequences for each belt level. Each set builds on the previous, reinforcing core skills of stance transitions, blocks, strikes, and kicks.
White Belt (1–10)
Stance transitions, fist positions, punching combinations, and returning to starting position.
Yellow Belt (11–20)
Horseback riding stance, low blocks, inner blocks, outer blocks, high blocks, middle punches.
Orange Belt (21–30)
High punch, low punch, uppercut, hook punch, reverse middle punch, downward punch.
Green Belt (31–40)
Double knifehand technique, outer knifehand strike, inner knifehand strike, fingertip strike, double down side block.
Blue Belt (41–50)
Upward elbow strike, elbow strike variations, back elbow strike, elbow strike across head, turns with elbow strikes.
Purple Belt (51–60)
Double downward knifehand block, front snap kick with jab and reverse punch, knifehand blocks and neck strikes, crane stance moves, double blocks.
Red Belt (61–70)
Right back stance, double middle knifehand block, double downward knifehand block, backfist strike, cross blocks.
